The painting “Salmon Orgy” is based on the 2010 return of the Sockeye. The Adams River was red from shore to shore as millions of Sockeyes made the return journey from the Pacific Ocean to spawn and die at the Adams River. This painting “Salmon Orgy” is in praise of this amazing and monumental “life and death” affirming journey.
